Junior Controller

Your responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Credit Policy for Poland
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for the EMEA East region
• Conduct margin analysis and track sales trends
• Participate in forecasting and budgeting for the region
• Collaborate with sales representatives for client and area analyses
• Ensure accuracy of bonus contract data and monitor bonus conditions
• Standardize and automate reporting processes

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Preferably initial experience in sales analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
• Proficiency in Excel and ideally with reporting tools
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Fluency in Polish and English
