Key Responsibilities

• Identify emerging trends, conceptualise and craft bold content that captures the audience’s attention. Own the entire process—from brainstorming and planning to collaborating with stakeholders, publishing, and analysing performance—to ensure each piece performs impeccably.
• Leverage data to track performance, monitor competitors, and uncover actionable insights. Continuously refine strategies to maximise impact and drive growth.
• Partner with creatives to ensure high‑quality execution of media requests. Prioritise initiatives with the greatest potential and keep the team focused on delivering exceptional results.
• Play a crucial role in marketing efforts by mastering campaign management and creative analysis. Drive testing, learning, and scaling initiatives essential to achieving continuous growth for our team and products.

The Selection Process

If you pass our screening, we’ll ask you to take on a few tests designed to assess how you approach unfamiliar problems. They’re challenging and may take several hours to complete. Successful candidates will be invited to a series of interviews.
