Are you ready for a new challenge in Procurement and Corporate Real Estate? We’re building a brand-new team in ING Hubs Poland to support Global Procurement team and looking for experienced professionals who want to work globally while staying connected locally.

Qualifications

• Have a Master’s degree in the field of real estate, architecture, workplace consultancy, building engineering or equivalent
• Have 6 months to 3 years of experience in Real Estate and/or Procurement
• Are proactive, independent approach and a good grasp of working in international environments,
• Demonstrated resilience and ability to manage ambiguity and complexity,
• Demonstrated very good organizational and communication skills, work in a multi-tasking environment, and ability to prioritize tasks
• Have very good English skills (spoken and written)
• Have very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and databases
• Familiarity with Corporate Real Estate and office design

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the continuous evolution of our Hybrid Orange Workplace concept by integrating global trends, employee feedback, and data insights.
• Translate global guidelines into localized fit-out solutions for office buildings and Private Banking branches, balancing innovation with local culture, regulations, and hybrid work needs.
• Project Management: Develop and maintain smart project tools: templates, tracking dashboards, and governance frameworks that streamline delivery and boost transparency.
• Drive project success by assembling cross-functional teams, supporting design reviews, monitoring timelines and budgets, and embedding sustainability into every step—from design to procurement.
• Space Management: Act as the key liaison with our global space management service provider.
• Ensure our space data is accurate and up-to-date by overseeing floorplan uploads and validating spatial information—empowering smarter decisions across the organization.
