Your responsibilities
- Providing support to relevant processes – Indirect Requisition to PO and Source to Contract
- Acting as the first point of contact for any Requisition to PO and Source to Contract queries – supporting end users and team members with process, tools, and training
- Identifying gaps/needs for process changes and discussing the possibility of changing and driving changes in their processes
- Participating in local and global projects, implementation of process changes and system enhancements
- Co-creating & providing internal training on their processes
- Collaborating closely with other team members to ensure back-ups and knowledge-sharing
- Building and maintaining a comprehensive network of local Operational Purchasers
Our requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Requisition to PO and/or Source to Contract processes
- Willingness to learn and develop within purchasing operations
- Preference to working in the SAP system
- Ownership of tasks and projects
- Good communication skills and solid customer focus
- Constructive mindset and problem-solving approach with a high attention to detail
