Are you interested in procurement processes and enjoy helping others navigate systems and workflows? We’re looking for a Procurement Operations Junior Consultant to support our purchasing operations and contribute to continuous process improvements in an international environment.
What You’ll Do
- Support procurement processes within Requisition to PO (R2P) and Source to Contract (S2P)
- Act as a first point of contact for users, helping with systems, processes, and trainings
- Resolve process and technical issues in cooperation with relevant teams, following agreed SLAs
- Ensure compliance and proper governance within purchasing
- Participate in local and global projects, system enhancements, and process changes
- Identify improvement opportunities and help drive process optimizations
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure knowledge sharing and back‑up
- Support handling deviations using LEAN principles
- Train end users on tools and system usage within your area
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in R2P and/or S2P
- Good understanding of P2P / Purchasing processes
- Experience with SAP / SAP S/4HANA and Ariba is a plus
- Solid Excel skills
- Fluent English communication
- A proactive, customer‑focused mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, work independently, and handle ambiguity
- Enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting others
