Junior Consultant - Financial Services ESG

Join KPMG Poland as a Junior Consultant in the Financial Services ESG team, supporting financial institutions in integrating sustainable practices and strategies into their operations.

Responsibilities

• Realizacja projektów doradczych dla polskich i międzynarodowych instytucji finansowych, obejmująca między innymi przygotowywanie analiz regulacyjnych, analiz rynkowych i sektorowych, projektowanie dokumentów dla instytucji finansowych oraz uczestnictwo w projektach atestacyjnych.
• Aktywne uczestnictwo w przygotowywaniu ofert dla potencjalnych klientów oraz spotkania warsztatowe z klientami KPMG.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1‑year experience in analysis of national and EU regulations applicable to the financial sector.
• Higher education in law or economics.
• Ability to prepare reports, presentations (including graphical data presentation) and derive conclusions from analyses.
• Basic knowledge of the financial market, market participants, instruments and services.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Very good English language skills.
• Self‑sufficiency in task execution and responsibility for delivered products.
• Strong communication skills (including external client communication) and teamwork.

Desirable

• Knowledge of key financial statements of financial institutions.
• Understanding of internal control principles in financial institutions.
• Experience in project work.
• Certification in financial risk (FRM, PRM) or internal audit (e.g., CIA).
