Join to apply for the Junior Consultant role at Cushman & Wakefield.

Job Description Summary

At Cushman & Wakefield, we believe the workplace is more than space — it’s a living ecosystem of people, routines, and culture.

We are looking for a Junior Workplace Consultant to join our People & Place Strategy team and support workplace strategy and transformation projects. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their consulting or advisory career who is interested in how people work, how organizations function, and how workplaces can support both. If you’ve ever wondered why people work the way they do and how to make it better, this might be your place. We’re looking for a curious mind — someone who can connect data with emotion, logic with empathy, and ideas with action.

Your new job

As a Junior Workplace Consultant, you will work closely with experienced consultants and multidisciplinary project teams, gaining exposure to real client projects from day one.

Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client-facing support: supporting meetings and workshops, with growing responsibility for presenting and articulating ideas clearly
  • Research: conducting in-depth research: surveys, utilization studies, and market trends
  • Insight generation: going beyond raw data by synthesizing information from surveys, utilization studies, and market trends to identify key strategic insights and opportunities for improvement
  • Strategic storytelling: supporting the preparation of clear and engaging communication materials and presentations, and gradually building confidence in articulating insights to internal and client audiences
  • Collaboration: working closely with design & build teams to support successful implementation of workplace strategies

We Are Looking For

  • Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (experience with workplace analytics tools is a plus)
  • Fluent Polish and English

  • German (B2)
  • Educational background or strong interest in fields such as strategy consulting, business analysis, sociology, psychology, research methodology, geography, urban planning, UX research/strategy, environmental psychology, architecture, or other related disciplines
