Our Global Mobility Services team, comprised of over 100 team members, focuses on all aspects of mobility including tax compliance and advisory and providing support to our clients HR and Global Mobility teams. We manage global KPMG services to many of the largest Swiss headquartered companies and have developed leading edge technology solutions for the global market. If you’re ready to take your payroll/HR expertise to the next level and support organizations in managing their global workforce, we’d love to hear from you!

• You have hands-on experience in payroll or HR, preferably gained in an international environment.
• You are familiar with the challenges related to employee relocation, including tax and social security (ZUS) considerations for cross-border assignments.
• You’re detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic, global setting.
• You communicate confidently in English and enjoy partnering with both clients and internal teams.
• You hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• You work effectively independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing you to handle complex cases and propose practical solutions.
• Knowledge of income tax and payroll regulations in the US, UK, or Switzerland will be considered a strong plus.
