Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Consultant – Project Management & Construction to join the EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) team in Poland. Our team is one of the largest real‑estate and infrastructure groups of advisors, focusing on transformation advice for private and public clients. We add real value to our client’s projects with our deep sector knowledge and global network.

Key Responsibilities

• Full‑cycle consulting on real‑estate projects.
• Provide consultation on property construction and infrastructure engineering projects, including planning, design, and implementation.
• Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements and constraints.
• Develop and review engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Business and operational transformation projects for real estate.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Perform site inspections and provide technical support during construction and maintenance phases.
• Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and best practices.
• Prepare and present technical reports, market studies, proposals, and documentation to clients and stakeholders.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Experience in project management for commercial property construction.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Open mind with excellent analytical skills.

Qualifications

• +2 years of professional experience in the real‑estate construction sector.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Ability to travel and work across the EU as required.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture.

Preferred Experience

• Excellent experience working for German real‑estate clients.
