Junior Community Specialist

What will be your challenges:
- Actively recruiting streamers across the CEE region.
- Building and sustaining relationships with influencer marketing agencies and partners.
- Preparing personalised offers and assessing the potential of registered streamers for campaigns.
- Overseeing the execution of live campaigns, ensuring streamers’ objectives are aligned with brand goals.
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with streamers, acting as their go-to person for ongoing support and guidance.
- Collaborate with project managers on special events to ensure community engagement and smooth execution.
What do we expect from you:
- Experience in Copywriting: Proven ability to produce engaging content for social media platforms, including creating compelling narratives for various audiences.
- Social Media Knowledge: Hands-on experience managing accounts on Discord (must-have), TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter), with a strong understanding of platform dynamics.
- Troubleshooting Abilities: Ability to quickly identify, analyse, and resolve issues related to community or campaign challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to create simple, clear, and concise communication, both written and verbal, to engage with streamers and partners effectively.
- Conflict Resolution: Proficient in mediating and resolving conflicts within the community to maintain a positive, inclusive environment.
- AI Knowledge: Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, especially in relation to content generation and community management.
- Language Skills: Knowledge of English (B2 or higher), fluency in Polish (must have)

As a Junior Community Specialist, you’ll be part of the Streamer Success team, dedicated to supporting our streamer community. You will work closely with a passionate group of people, learning and collaborating daily across different departments. Your direct manager will be Filip Vukic, an experienced leader in the field, offering guidance and expertise to help you grow.
