Whats the role?

Support to the Head of Commercial Management Poland in:

• Cost controlling and compliance with the budget - invoice processing;
• Monitoring of production trends and deviations from the budget plan, in liaison with the technical management department;
• Carrying out analyses of expenditure in order to ensure correctness and optimization;
• Contract management - active cycle activities: energy sales, provision of incentives (green certificate), validation of volumes and prices of energy sold; passive cycle activities: contract execution, SPV fiscal and tax compliance, land lease payments, licenses and other.

Back office support

Back office support in activities related to sale of energy and green certificates.

Annual budget preparation support

Support in preparation of annual budget – office costs.

HSE unit support

Support activities of the HSE unit and Technical Manager aimed at ensuring compliance with legislation on health, safety at work and environmental protection.

Land Management activities

• Maintain and actively follow up contracts with landowners;
• Monitor contractual obligations with private and public owners;
• Be the interface with landowners, local communities, local and institutional authorities.

Office Management activities

• Managing relations with the general services providers;
• Dispatching of incoming and outgoing mail, scanning and archiving;
• Managing Business travels for the whole team (trains, flights, hotels, car rentals, etc.);
• Supporting the organization of internal and external events;
• Managing and filing contracts relating to premises and services;
• Supporting HR in the onboarding of new team members.

What You’ll Bring:

• University degree in business administration, economics, legal or equivalent;
• Min. 1 year of working experience in similar role;
• Fluent/mother tongue Polish and professional English;
• Open mind and ability to work in an international team;
• Confidence in communicating with external stakeholders;
• Willingness to work in a small team in Warsaw connected to the headquarter in Italy (Genova);
• Knowledge of Polish wind industry would be a plus.
