What we expect

• fluency in both English and German, with a minimum proficiency of B2 level (both written and spoken)
• full-time availability from Monday to Friday
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills for B2B (Business-to-Business) client contact via email and phone
• proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• a keen eye for detail and strong analytical abilities
• the capacity for effective time management and task prioritization

Your tasks

• drive cash collection efforts to minimize outstanding receivables and optimize cash flow
• act as the primary point of contact for resolving and documenting invoice disagreements or inaccuracies
• successfully hit key performance indicators (KPIs) and honor Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• provide timely progress reports on the recovery of accounts receivable within your portfolio
• perform cash flow analysis and forecasting, while also analyzing late payments to proactively identify risks and opportunities
• develop and strengthen client partnerships by providing excellent service and consistent, professional communication
