WHAT TASKS CAN YOU EXPECT?

1. Accurately and timely review open accounts for collection efforts
2. Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable dunning and collection reports
3. Preparation of various collection reports; performing reconciliations and collecting supporting dunning documentation
4. Make outbound collection calls and mail communication in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations
5. Maintain and provide all the necessary documentation useful for the collection activities and the customer relationship
6. Support Accounts Receivable and Treasury department in matching payments and investigating any account differences
7. Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements
8. Communicate with internal and external customers in an effective and efficient manner
9. Report periodically or upon request KPI’s measurements
10. Participation in continuous improvement process

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES SHOULD YOU HAVE?

1. Excellent command of German (at least B2/C1) – daily contact with German speaking customers
2. Good knowledge of English – it’s our corporate language
3. Nice to have: experience in German-speaking customer service
4. Knowledge of accounting basic principles will be an asset
5. Very good MS Office knowledge
6. SAP knowledge will be an asset
7. Very good communication skills, problem solving and analytical skills
8. Ability to work independently and to adapt to fast changing international environment
