For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:

Job Description:
Managing inbound leads and performing outbound calls and emails
Identifying decision-makers and generating interest in potential clients
Supporting the development of training materials and work instructions
Building long-term relationships with clients and internal teams
Communicating effectively via e-mail, phone, and CRM tools
Collaborating with upstream and downstream teams
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a BPO/shared services environment
Solid understanding of Supply Chain Management
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools (preferred)
German - fluent (min. C1) and English - communicative (min. B1)
A completed Bachelor"s degree
Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills
Comfortable making multiple calls per day and communicating with internal stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
Understanding of KPI"s and SLA"s
