Job Description:

• Managing inbound leads and performing outbound calls and emails

• Identifying decision-makers and generating interest in potential clients

• Supporting the development of training materials and work instructions

• Building long-term relationships with clients and internal teams

• Communicating effectively via e-mail, phone, and CRM tools

• Collaborating with upstream and downstream teams

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a BPO/shared services environment

• Solid understanding of Supply Chain Management

• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools (preferred)

• German - fluent (min. C1) and English - communicative (min. B1)

• A completed Bachelor"s degree

• Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills

• Comfortable making multiple calls per day and communicating with internal stakeholders

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally

• Understanding of KPI"s and SLA"s
