Junior Client Service Representative – Alternatives Custody Team
Join Brown Brothers Harriman as a Junior Client Service Representative in the Alternatives Custody Team, located in Kraków. This hybrid role operates 3 days a week in the office with flexible remote arrangements for parents of children up to 4 years old.
3>About the Role
The Alternatives Custody Hub focuses on operational tasks related to Asset Supervision, Account Maintenance, and Cash servicing. The team handles client inquiries, account maintenance, cash management, account closures, and escalation support.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze clients legal documents related to real estate investments.
- Resolve and oversee client inquiries concerning cash management.
- Act as primary contact for Clients, Account Managers, Client Service Managers, and CSG through email and phone, proactively managing resolutions and providing frequent updates.
- Manage the account closure process.
- Review and discuss issues requiring escalation to Supervisor.
- Perform updates on account set up.
- Ensure compliance with all BBH policies, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications
- Academic degree, preferably in Finance or Economics.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in finance or similar fields.
- English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
- Strong administrative skills and ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive.
- Strong analytical skills, logical thinking.
- Proven problem‑solving ability and solution recommendation.
- Willingness to work in a client‑driven, deadline‑oriented environment.
