Project information:

• Working hours: 9:00 - 17:00 (Monday - Friday)
• Type of employment: long-term contract
• Level: Junior/Mid
• Remuneration: 9000 - 10000 PLN gross

Responsibilities:

• Managing claims - registering to the system, monitoring changes/updates
• Contacting with clients (mainly via the system) and providing them information regarding the status of the claim or complaint
• Handling the claims process from end-to-end
• Cooperating with team members and other departments
• Great communication & problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn

Nice to have:

• First experience working in customer service or in claims handling field

We offer:

• Full-time job agreement based on contract of employment, contract of mandate or b2b (depending on the candidates preferences)
