Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers reporting issues with shipments (damaged, lost, delayed complaints and inquiries) with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to determine root causes and liability.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date claim records in SAP for tracking, reporting, and audits.
  • Manage the shared mailbox to ensure prompt attention to incoming messages related to logistics claims and customer inquiries.
  • Request, gather, and verify all required claim-related documentation. Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal and legal standards.
  • Prepare and submit complete claim packages to carriers and insurers within required deadlines.
  • Prepare necessary reports.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes for claims handling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or similar.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • 2-3 years of work experience in a Customer Service, Administrative, or Order Processing environment.
  • Experience with MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Organizational and administrative skills.
  • Attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with transportation regulations and insurance procedures.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Experience in working in international teams and a multicultural environment.
