Junior Cash Collection with German-hybrid

Jesteśmy międzynarodową agencją rekrutacyjną powstałą w 1987 roku w Izraelu, a obecną w Polsce od 2014 roku. Specjalizujemy się w rekrutacjach stałych oraz tymczasowych. Nasza siedziba zlokalizowana jest w Poznaniu, ponadto mamy oddziały w Warszawie, Gdańsku oraz we Wrocławiu.

Workplace: Warszawa

Responsibilities:

• Collecting due receivables according to procedures,
• Influencing customers, negotiating and building business relationships,
• Cooperating with internal departments (finance and sales teams),
• Handling emails & outgoing phone calls (external customers and internally to account managers),
• Accounts reconciliation and allocation of incoming payments.

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of German language (B2/C1),
• Good command of English language,
• Experience in customer service or other internships will be an asset,
• Good communication & interpersonal skills,
• Customer orientation.
