Twój zakres obowiązków

Support creation and implementation of CAPEX category strategies.
Conduct market analysis, supplier mapping and benchmarking. Ensure sourcing timelines match project schedules and escalate risks.
Co-create annual CAPEX planning and consolidation of business needs.
Prepare and run RFQs/RFPs with guidance.
Run the tender processes and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
Analyse commercial and technical offers together with engineering teams.
Prepare negotiation packages and award recommendations.
Support supplier qualification, performance monitoring and audits.
Track supplier risks, lead times, capacities and compliance.
Coordinate with Legal, Finance and local procurement on contracts and orders.

Nasze wymagania

2+ years of procurement experience (CAPEX, OPEX, indirect or project support). Experience with RFQs, supplier management or technical categories is a plus.
Understanding of CAPEX or technical procurement.
Knowledge of sourcing processes and procurement best practices.
Ability to read technical specifications (basic level acceptable).
Strong analytical skills (TCO, cost comparison).
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Problem‑solving mindset and business awareness.
Good MS Excel & PowerPoint skills. SAP/ERP or e‑sourcing tools – nice to have.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or similar.
English C1
