Your role and main tasks
The goal of the Position: The position is not related to marketing; it is about organization and process coordination during our private shopping campaigns.
Daily tasks of the position:
Organization and on-time coordination of our campaigns
Contact with national and international manufacturers & brand partners
Close cooperation with other departments such as purchasing, logistics, service and content management
Organization & coordination of prices, quantities, sample shipments and other conditions with our suppliers
Ensuring and taking responsibility for the optimal quality of sales campaigns
Follow-up of completed campaigns
You will need
The perfect candidates are looking for a stable and long-term position where they are willing to perform schematic tasks. This is a work with specific forms of action, which are rather quite predictable
1-3 years of work experience is an advantage
Strong organizational skills
A confident handling of MS Office, in particular Excel, is required
Very good verbal and written communication skills
Very good knowledge of English
Willingness to start work in July 2025
