Junior Business Support Specialist with French
Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote

The opportunity
We are looking for French-speaking candidates, who would like to perform various tasks and drive the functioning of our internal teams. Joining EY Global Delivery Services Poland, you will become a part of a very dynamic team with the possibility to make your mark. Your key responsibilities
- Oversee invoices issued by lawyers for their services billed to EY.
- Support the transition and implementation of a new self-invoicing tool for lawyers in the coming months.
Reporting and Monitoring:
- Track and maintain reporting on leave (e.g., annual leave, maternity, and paternity days) for ACLs.
Workflow Management for Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Handle the administrative process for new lawyers, including creation in HR systems.
- Manage the exit workflow for departing lawyers.
- Update systems when lawyers change ranks or roles within the organization.
Skills and attributes for success
- You are fluent in French language (written and oral).
- You have a good English knowledge (written and oral) at least B1 level.
- You possess a very good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

- You are detail-oriented and eager to analyze and solve complex process cases.
- You have exceptional customer service skills, including responsiveness and commitment to quality.
- You are strong and highly motivated with a work ethic and ability to perform well-prioritized tasks in a fast-paced environment.
