Who do we recruit for? Our client is a global professional services company, providing a broad range of services and solutions in strategy, consulting, digital, technology, and operations. It has its office in Krakow.

Responsibilities

• Assisting our customers to solve issues concerning our online advertising products and answering all their product-related questions.
• Optimizing campaigns and pitching features for customers.
• Managing account activation and optimization, campaign, budget, troubleshooting, and keywords queries.
• Managing complaints, fraud, and account hijacking queries.
• Processing of billing and payment.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Russian (min. C1), great communication skills.
• Previous B2B experience would be an asset.
• Ability to understand current clients processes and needs and resolve their queries quickly.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and offer support on different communication channels.
