Job Description
Allegro Smart! was established in 2018 and is now one of the biggest and highest-rated loyalty programs in Poland and Europe. It is simply one of the most exciting projects in the history of Allegro.

We’re ahead of a period of intense development and innovations to make the program even more attractive to our customers and to gain new ones, both in Poland and in the new markets in which we are now expanding.
We’re currently looking for a Junior Business Product Manager who will join our team and co-create the Partnerships area in Smart! for Allegro customers.
What does this role involve
- You will coordinate Allegro Smart! initiatives focused on building partnerships with external partners for Poland (and for Central Europe markets in the future).
- You will help build and execute the roadmap for establishing and launching new partnerships.
- You will build recommendations that are data-based and analyzed from all key perspectives (customer, merchant, and Allegro).
- You will be operationally responsible for the implementation of particular activities focused on the Polish market.
- You will cooperate on a daily basis with several Allegro teams (Technology, Marketing, Commerce, Delivery Experience, Legal, CX, and other business units).
- You will work closely with the Research and UX department to define needs required to deliver key product functionalities for Central Europe markets.
- You will be a part of the Smart! International Expansion and Partnerships Team focusing on building and enhancing Smart! Customer Value Proposition in Poland and in Central Europe.

This job is for you, if
- You have at least 2 years of experience in project/product management within the area of e-commerce, technology, retail/FMCG, advertising agency, or similar.
- You have experience in international cross-functional teams in a fast-changing and demanding environment.
- You are a data-driven person with strong analytical skills and can draw conclusions and insights based on KPIs.
- You have the ambition to test and pilot innovative solutions and ideas.
- You are driven by performance and delivering results.
- You have experience in product/brand management or as a product owner in tech (experience in launching new products will be your added value).
- You are proactive, communicative, and collaborative.
- You have higher education (preferably in business areas).
- You are fluent and precise in communication in English and Polish.
