- Collaborate with team members and other COO teams, locally and globally, to manage implementation of key projects and initiatives including business‑driven changes, regulatory, audit and risk remediation activities.
- Partner with the various Financing Front Office trading & sales teams to help manage control reviews, financials tracking, risk assessments.
- Support the Global Financing COO team to maintain an effective control environment for the business.
- Identify, evaluate and mitigate risks, adhering to regulatory and operational risk standards.
- Coordinate with supporting units (incl. Operations, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Group Internal Audit) to maintain a robust front‑to‑back control environment.
Your team
- You’ll be based in Krakow and be part of the Financing COO team. Our team focuses on ensuring that the business operates effectively by managing risks, maximising profits and ensuring compliance with regulations, policies and procedures.
- As part of the IB COO Function, your team is collectively responsible for a broad portfolio of activities including strategic business enablement, overseeing the integrity of the front‑to‑back control environment, tracking, challenging and implementing robust governance throughout the business.

Your expertise
- Strong English communication (oral and written), presentation and organisational skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and team members across all areas.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable facing off to people at all levels of seniority.
- Ability to understand new issues and processes quickly and determine priorities and solutions based on business need and benefit.
- Strong focus, drive and commitment and track record in getting jobs done on time and to a high standard.
- Preferred but not essential – experience using VBA and other automation tools.
