Junior BDM has the responsibility to manage NATEK sales processes for the given prospects and existing customer starting from first contact, preparation for the meeting, collecting information and working our proposal up to negotiations of the contract.
An ideal candidate will demonstrate deep sales interest in selling services as well as customer satisfaction. Within the role the successful candidate will have a chance to develop communication skills to excellent level, learn how to manage people and recruitment processes as well as managing the customer expectation under the current market conditions.
