Responsibilities

• Lead and execute key RTR/Controlling closing activities in SAP CO (cost centers, internal/production orders, service/sales orders, COPA)
• Serve as the main business partner to local entities and their CFOs, providing end‑to‑end support in processes, analysis, and reporting
• Drive data quality improvements through checks and cross‑functional collaboration, focusing on actual/plan variances, stock values, and PCA–COPA reconciliations
• Develop and deliver complex standard reports (COPA, PCA, technical service) and derive actionable insights for optimization
• Support and lead projects related to data quality, process optimization, reporting enhancements, planning and forecasting for local entities

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SAP CO (including COPA, PCA, cost centre and order accounting) with hands‑on RTR/Controlling closing experience
• Solid analytical and reporting skills, able to translate data into insights and decision‑support for senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage data quality topics, perform reconciliations and improve financial processes end‑to‑end
• Experience in planning and forecasting with the ability to challenge and support local entities and CFOs
• Proactive, collaborative, and team‑oriented mindset, with the ability to take ownership, mentor junior colleagues and drive continuous improvement
• Hybrid work model (40% attendance rate for the month) and flexible start times
