Location: Warsaw (3 days of work from the office per week is required)

For the File Services Project, we require a Junior Business Analyst to help with identifying the correct stakeholders for the file shares and work together with the other Business Analyst on mapping the shares to correct owners and receiving from them the correct information needed for a correct mapping.

Responsibilities:

1. Creation and distribution of questionnaires on the basis of a template
2. Communicating with stakeholders on a daily basis either via chat, phone or e-mail
3. Organize and set up online sessions with stakeholders
4. Following up on requests
5. Preparing weekly and monthly reporting for management
6. Preparing and communicating with share owners on dates for migration

Requirements:

1. 1+ years Business experience working with Excel managing large data sets and preparing statistics
2. MS Office knowledge is required
3. You are business-minded, analytical and have excellent communication skills in English (both in text and verbal)
4. You are a social, curious and pragmatic team player
5. A strong interest in developing your data skills and understanding
6. Some experience in other data tools will be an advantage, for example: Power BI, SQL, VBA etc.
