Join a project delivery team for one of Polands leading banks where you will support the development and maintenance of key financial systems.
As a Business Analyst, you will act as a liaison between the business and IT teams - supporting initiatives by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring that solutions developed meet the real needs of users and stakeholders.
Your tasks
- Conduct business analysis and requirements gathering through workshops, interviews and stakeholder meetings
- Create and maintain documentation of functional and non-functional requirements
- Verify solution compliance with business requirements - participate in UAT and functional testing
- Work closely with IT teams and Product Owners in designing and implementing solutions
- Supporting the Project Manager in communication with development teams and business stakeholders
- Document decisions, change context and maintain continuity of product knowledge
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a business analyst
- Knowledge of business analysis techniques and ability to translate business requirements into technical language
- Ability to create clear requirements documentation
- Experience in solution testing (UAT, functional testing)
- Knowledge of analytical tools: Jira, Confluence or similar
- Communication skills and ability to build relationships with business and technical stakeholders
- Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
- Residence in Poland required and fluency in the Polish language
Nice to have
- Business process modeling skills (e.g. BPMN, UML)
