YOUR ROLE

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will be part of our Banking and Capital Markets Practice and will join one of our projects settled in a financial environment. You will be responsible for the development of existing business applications created according to the individual needs of customers. You will work in an international team based on agile methodologies and a professional Software Delivery Life Cycle development process. This assignment provides great opportunities to gain technical and business knowledge as well as interpersonal skills.

YOUR TASKS

• Coordinate software development process in each phase of software development lifecycle.
• Negotiate with different departments from the client during business requirements analysis process.
• Act as financial domain expert on behalf of a scrum team, acting as a main contact point for business stakeholders.
• Work closely with IT developers, architect, quality assurance SME, and product owner.
• Bridge the gap between the business and development team by translating business needs into technical requirements as well as explaining technical solutions to the business stakeholders.
• Constant cooperation, partnering with others to create, coordinate, and execute test plans: quality assurance testing (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT).

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelors degree in a finance-related and analytical field.
• Experience as a Business Analyst.
• Fluency in English language (B2).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical documentation.
• Experience in collaboration with technologists to drive delivery within an Agile framework.
• Knowledge of BPMN, UML notations, and experience with tools to create mockups.
• Ability to prepare clear and understandable business documentation (user stories, high level features + tools knowledge ex. Jira / Confluence).
