For our Client, well known company form banking industry, we are looking for candidates for a position of Junior Business Analyst.

What we expect

• 3 or more years’ experience in banking sector, preferably in TA / IS Operations
• 1 or more years’ experience in a similar Change Management role
• project experience and have been involved in implementing change into Operations Teams
• familiarity with Multifonds, Europagode, NSCC, Neolink, Jira, and Power BI would be an advantage
• excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with business and technical teams
• excellent communication and analytic skills
• holder of current Project Management, Business Analyst or Agile methodology qualifications is nice to have

Your tasks

• manage the implementation of key strategic projects as prioritized in conjunction with Senior Management
• undertake business process reviews and re-engineering where required
• ensure changes are correctly and clearly logged in the change register and that requirements are identified, documented, communicated, and approved for each change request in line with BCM change governance.
• ensure production teams/ operation environment is prepared to support and accept the changes resulting from the project. Plan and take action to fill the gaps if needed
• manage and perform User Acceptance Testing (Functional Testing) which will involve Test Case Preparation, Scripting and Execution.
• support new Operating model and new System implementation, that include support for data conversion between systems required to launch new services, client launches, and on-boarding as agreed by management
• assist the business with all initiatives and new business onboarding including:the definition of new processes, completion of procedures,updating existing procedures checklists,user guides.
