Your responsibilities
Implementation of marketing strategy for Retix.C brands
Development and implementation of marketing and trade marketing strategies, tactics and brand activation plans -> focus on the promotion channel to HCPs
Preparation of recommendation for brand portfolio strategy, pricing strategy
Preparation of new product launches with implementation strategy and necessary tools
Development and adaptation of digital communication with patients
Market and sales analysis,
Development and monitoring of sales activation tools with close cooperation with Medical Representatives and KAM in the field
Development of promotional materials and providing with product trainings of the sales force
Preparation of monthly forecasting and demand planning
Responsibility for brand’s P&L
Preparation and coordinating monthly business review meetings with local teams, preparation of presentations of activity plans and trade presentations for sales meetings
Taking part in regular field visits
Our requirements
Experience in brand marketing as Marketing Specialist or Junior Brand Manager with at least 3 years’ experience. Experience in pharma business, medicine aesthetics or dermocosmetics will be an asset.
Potential to understand all aspects of brand management
Self-driven, multitasking as well as independent, creative and enterprising person with high self-motivation and initiative skills
Very good organizational skills as well as ability to manage few project at the same time with high dynamics
Very good analytical (ability to conduct analysis and draw the right conclusions on their base) and presentational skills
Ability to successfully navigate multiple stakeholder environments
English at a minimum B2 level
Good command of MS Office with focus on Excel and Power Point
