- Development & implementation of action plan for a portfolio of premium/luxury brands
- Leading and executing marketing projects (events, consumer activations on-trade & off-trade, off trade & on-trade visibility, digital communication, consumer promotions)
- Ongoing collaboration with advertising and event agencies
- Analyzing brand performance & market trends
- Making fact-based recommendations
- Effective communication with supporting departments
Our requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in FMCG or premium/luxury brands marketing
- Experience in premium/luxury brands; beverage alcohol (spirits) or FMCG strongly preferred
- Event/tasting management and stakeholder coordination (sales, ambassadors, distributors)
- Marketing exposure across on-trade and off-trade; understanding of visibility standards and point of sale communication
- Understanding/experience in development of on-trade activations
- Understanding of brand communication in social media & e-commerce
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Solid project management, timeline and budget tracking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering effective collaboration across teams
- Ability to craft independent recommendations and analyses based on market data
- Ability to create insightful reports and analyses
- Very good command of English (minimum B2 level) is a must
- Experience in cooperation with specialty stores is a plus
