Shape and execute CE marketing campaigns & innovation launches
Adapt regional assets into compelling local executions
Plan & implement trade/promotions with regional sales teams
Drive local activations that win in-store and online
Monitor brand KPIs (volume, value, margin, equity) and recommend corrective actions
Manage media budgets and performance with clear ROI reporting
Analyze Nielsen / GfK / IQVIA data and competitive trends
Translate consumer/shopper insights into strategic campaign improvements
Coordinate agencies for ATL/BTL campaigns & shopper comms
Actively support Senior Brand Manager on project management, creative briefs, sourcing
2–4 years in FMCG (brand or trade marketing)
Skilled in marketing planning, media, ATL/BTL execution
Analytical with experience in Nielsen, GfK, IQVIA or similar tools
Fluent in Polish and English (written & spoken)
Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proactive, creative, strategic problem-solver with strong project management skills
KPI-driven with sharpened business acumen
Innovative – dare to question the status quo and elevate shopper experiences
Experienced in cross-functional collaboration (marketing, sales, agencies, finance)
