Junior Banking Operations Specialist at DXC Technology

Position Overview: A dynamic role joining our Banking Services team to provide top‑quality support and solutions for the bank’s customers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively on the phone with German‑speaking customers to understand and address their banking needs.
• Assist with account opening, closing, inquiries, transactions, product information, and related requests.
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer requests, including transfers, payments, and account updates.
• Educate customers about available banking services, products, and digital platforms.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow established procedures and compliance guidelines to ensure security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (both written and spoken).
• Conversational English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer‑centric approach with ability to handle complex interactions and problem‑solving.
• Detail‑oriented with commitment to accuracy and compliance.
• Experience in a BPO/corporate environment is a plus.
