Your Responsibilities Would Include
- Allocation of all payment types and daily reconciliation of bank statements
- Managing Direct Debit process
- Managing refunds, rejected and bounced payments
- Cash allocation and proper recording of incoming and outgoing payments
- Clearing customers, vendors, and GL accounts
- Customer-Vendors Netting process
- Posting journal entries
- Preparing documentation for balance sheet accounts reconciliation
- Providing audit support specific to area of responsibility
- Performing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintaining process documentation of your area of responsibilities
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders and other teams (PTP, RTR)
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial data
You are a good candidate if you have:
- 0–1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or shared services (internships acceptable)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (e.g., debit/credit, reconciliation)
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to routine tasks
- Analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to details
- Ability to work under time pressure, especially during month-end closing
- Engagement and drive for personal development
- Collaborative mindset and ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Technical skills:
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Continuous Process Improvement mindset
