Junior Back Office Specialist with Finnish OR Danish OR Swedish OR Norwegian (shift work)

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and evaluating user reports regarding online content.
• Identifying and analyzing materials in line with compliance and safety policies.
• Making balanced and policy-based decisions on reported content.
• Flagging discrepancies and assisting in issue resolution according to internal guidelines.
• Utilizing market-specific insights to enhance the user experience and platform safety.
• Reviewing potentially sensitive or disturbing content with a neutral and objective mindset.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Finnish OR Danish OR Swedish OR Norwegian (minimum B2, C1 preferred).
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Availability to work on afternoon shift, including weekends (two days off weekly).
• Willingness to work 100% from the Kraków office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fast learner with adaptability to new tools, concepts, and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
