Main purpose of the position:

The Atlassian Consultant will be responsible for driving smaller projects from design through planning to execution, focusing on the implementation of processes on the platform. You will build new functionalities based on user needs while improving the user experience around services. Additionally, you will drive business analysis of customer functional requirements to ensure that solutions are aligned with business objectives.

What you’ll do:

1. Driving your own smaller projects, from design through planning to execution
2. Managing process implementation (IT and Business) on the platform
3. Building up new functionalities based on user needs
4. Improving the user experience around services
5. Driving Business Analysis of Customers Functional Requirements

Who you’ll work with:

• Cross-functional teams across IT and business units
• Stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements

Key qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position within mid to large companies
• At least 1 year of experience with Atlassian Cloud products - Jira, Confluence
• Proven experience as an Atlassian Consultant with documented results in implementing new requests
• Understanding of business operations and processes, with a focus on IT processes
• Self-starter and proactive in identifying business needs and opportunities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
