- Facilitate regular communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays in the artwork development process and implement solutions to mitigate them.
- Oversee artwork project reports that highlight progress, challenges, and solutions. Communicate these findings to senior artwork project managers and cross‑functional teams to keep everyone informed and engaged.
- Act as a mentor/coach for more junior artwork project managers and project coordinators.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, project management, or a related field.
- Fluent English at min. C1 level.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end process of artwork, printing and digital assets creation in a Consumer‑Packaged Goods (CPG) environment.
- 6+ years of experience in artwork management, packaging, or project management within a CPG or FMCG environment with 4 years of experience leading a team of creative project managers and coordinators.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment across multiple functions.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira is crucial for tracking tasks, deadlines, and progress.
