About The Job

As an AR Accountant, you can have a real impact on the business by initiating improvements and supporting Franke’s digitization and automation projects. In this role, you will contribute and participate in the creation of new, efficient processes. The position will be reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader.

Your tasks

• Importing bank statements to SAP and categorizing items from the statement
• Posting bank statements and allocating incoming and outgoing payments
• Reconciling customer account balances and the general ledger
• Credit limit and orders management
• Cooperation with internal and external international customers
• Other tasks within the scope of team support assigned by the Team Leader

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, high school diploma or technical school education, preferably in finance or economics
• First experience or basic understanding of finance and accounting
• Proficiency in working with MS Excel
• Good command of English language (min. B2 level); knowledge of Polish or another European language will be an asset
• Experience with SAP operating system and/or previous work in SSC will be an advantage
