Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

If youre interested in starting your career in the accounting department of an international company and have relevant educational background, we welcome you to apply.

• Perform daily accounting duties in accounts receivable area and month-end closing activities of various reporting units.
• Post incoming payments (domestic and foreign) and clarify unclear payments.
• Contact customers regarding overdue invoices.
• Work on the aging list in Excel.
• Monitor customers’ orders, credit limits, payment terms and risk factors.
• Manage the generic mailbox.
• Create tickets in case of system issues.
• Maintain daily contact with different business areas.

What You Need to Succeed

• Fluency in English (min. B2 level).
• Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.
• Numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to ask correct questions and find good solutions.
• Proficiency in self-managing tasks and consistently completing them within established timeframes.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with customers.
• Experience in Accounting in a Shared Service organization will be an asset.
