responsibilities :
Assist internal users in resolving application issues and questions
Work closely with more experienced team members to troubleshoot and analyze incidents
Learn how to configure systems like Salesforce and ServiceNow
Help create and update documentation and knowledge base articles
Collaborate with development and QA teams
Participate in business analysis and application testing
Communicate clearly in English with international colleagues
Be open to taking part in out-of-hours support rotation – after you’ve been fully trained
requirements-expected :
Very good English skills (minimum C1 – written and spoken)
Technical background (studies or early-career experience)
Interest in IT systems and applications
