This is the job:

• You’re the internal interface between sales, R&D, product development and production from the initial enquiry to acceptance by the customer and are also intensively involved in communication with our customers.
• Contributing to product development processes.
• Providing comprehensive technical and commercial support for key customers & key projects.
• Preparing market and customer analyses.
• Actively participating in defining and evaluating target prices.
• Acquiring new customers.
• Analyzing the market development for our products and contribute to the further development of our markets.
• Planning and following up visits to customers and trade shows.
• Maintaining quotation, customer and order data in our CRM system.

What we are looking for:

• Technician / Master craftsman, University degree in business administration or engineering.
• Fundamental thermo-dynamic knowledge.
• Good knowledge of ERP and CRM systems and the MS Office suite.
• Distinct customer orientation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Very distinctive persuasive power and negotiation skills.
• Systematic way of working.
• High degree of flexibility and resiliency.
