For one of our clients, we’re looking for a motivated AP Specialist with German skills (min. B1).

• Prior PTP/Ap experience – nice to have,
• SAP experience – nice to have,
• Proficiency inEnglish language (C1),
• German language at communicative level (B1)

Your tasks

• Ensure that all aspects of Purchase to Pay (PtP) process are managedeffectively,
• Preparation of basic reports on team leaders request,
• Active communication with local accounting teams,
• Invoice processing,
• Expense management,
• Credit and petrol cards settlement,
• Vendor master data,
• Processing and managing the "Verifier" system for invoice validation,
• Assisting/supporting with month-end closing activities.
