We are seeking an AP Specialistwith proficiency inEnglish and Germanto join global SSC in Cracow.

What we expect

• work experience in accounts payable and travel expenses (min. 1-2 years),
• very good knowledge of German and English (min. B2),
• knowledge of SAP and Excel,
• strong user experience focus and committment to deliver excellent service,
• ability to independent work and high attention to detail

Your tasks

• reviewing, coding, and posting invoices​,
• responsibility for the accurate travel expense reports of employees in Germany,
• conducting payment transactions​,
• reconciling accounts​,
• processing, checking and timely payment of travel expenses/credit notes,
• regular contact with the client and informing about the status of requests.
