Responsibilities
- Working on invoice processing, reporting, analysis
- Accounts analysis
- Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
- Effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers
- Prepare and maintain a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Reaching the business (Service Level Agreement) and personal targets
Qualifications
- Finance/Accounting studies or Finished accounting courses/or already good experience in AP
- Strong analytical skills
- Clear understanding of the big picture as well as data related details
- Experience in reporting area
- Multitasking
- Eye for improvement areas
- Good team player
- Customer orientation and proactive approach
