Responsibilities

1. Manage and execute Order to Cash or Collection Helpdesk processes.
2. Support maintaining and improving service performance metrics reports, as required.
3. Assist in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex issues and problems.

Requirements

1. Very good Portuguese and English (minimum B2 level).
2. High accuracy and focus on details.
3. Experience in analytical activities.
4. Highly developed computer skills (MS Office).
