(Junior) AP Accountant with German (F/M/D) Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Recruitment for We are looking for a (Junior) Accounts Payable Accountant with German (B2) to join our Client a dynamic finance team supporting international operations. This role is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their accounting career who would like to gain experience in an international environment. You will support the Accounts Payable team in ensuring accurate invoice processing and maintaining good relationships with vendors. Your responsibilities Processing and booking supplier invoices in the accounting system Verifying invoice accuracy and ensuring compliance with company policies Supporting vendor account management and resolving basic discrepancies Assisting with payment runs Reconciling AP accounts and supporting month-end closing activities Communicating with German-speaking vendors and internal stakeholders Supporting improvements and daily operations within the AP team Employer requirements First experience or internship in Accounting / Finance / Accounts Payable will be an advantage German language proficiency – minimum B2 level Good command of English (min.
