Job Description:

1. Very good command (at least B2 level) of German, English and Polish
2. Excellent communication and numeric skills, with good attention to detail
3. Ability to adapt when, due to business demands, deadlines and priorities change
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
5. Educational background in finance or accounting-related fields and/or previous experience in finance would be a strong asset but it is not a must - you will receive full training which would be provided during the first weeks of work.
6. Validating and processing different types of incoming documents (invoices, reports, bank statements) within SAP system
7. Researching less complex invoice discrepancies, performing necessary corrections to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors
8. Supporting payment process by reviewing payment list
9. Performing activities related to the month-end closing
10. Acting as a point of contact for inquiries from vendors and other Teams
11. Liaising with other departments i.e. Treasury, Procurement, Vendor Master Data
