ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

• Timely and accurate processing of specific accounting PO/NON-PO documents/invoices within BrainWare
• Verification and occasional processing within OnBase and SAP AP related documents/invoices
• Verify invoices with orders and receipts if needed
• Investigate discrepancies and take action to resolve with AP/Tax or Supply Chain department
• Analysis of accounting documentation
• Assistance in monthly closing
• Performing additional duties on direct supervisor requests

• Experience in AP within SSC is an asset
• Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent in working experience
• Fluency in written and oral English (minimum B1 level) is essential for this role
• Knowledge of ERP systems and Excel is an asset
• Good analytical & problem-solving skills
